We cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We strive to give you the best products but sometimes things happen beyond our control. We will refund wrong items or damaged products received.

We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages that are marked delivered by the courier.

We ship out within 5-7 business days (sooner most of the time) after placing your order.

Delivery dates are estimated dates. Carriers are no longer guaranteeing delivery dates due to multiple complex logistical barriers and your packages may arrive later than expected. Thank you for your patience and for understanding that this is beyond our control.
