FAQs

When do you guys ship out orders? Our shipping policy states we have up to 7 business days to ship items from the time we received the order. However, we usually ship out within 48-72 hours of receiving your orders. Sometimes, it may even go out the same day!

How quickly will I get my package? Due to Covid, carriers are no longer guaranteeing an exact shipment date. We mail our  packages Priority via USPS from California. Depending on your location, it could take anywhere form 1-4 business days from shipment date.

What if there is something wrong with my package? Please reach out to us directly at info@isupportdjs.com for assistance. 

What type of hats do you use? We use both 5 & 6 panel hats interchangeably depending on availability.

Lost or missing package? Please reach out to us directly at info@isupportdjs.com for assistance. Before we can file a claim with the USPS, we need some more information from you (i.e did you receive your regular mail that day, do you have video surveillance, have you spoken to your mailman, etc). 

I need a refund or returns? At this time, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us directly at info@isupportdjs.com for immediate assistance and resolution. 

Special requests or accommodation? Please reach out to us directly at info@isupportdjs.com and we will try our best to hopefully meet your needs.

Need an item on a certain date? Please reach out to us directly at info@isupportdjs.comWe will try our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Reaching out to us will allow us to make certain adjustments in our processing workflow to be able to accommodate your needs. This also gives us the opportunity to inform you if we are able to accommodate or not. This way, you will have a realistic timeline and make informed decision prior to your purchase.

Free gifts are given to our customers as a token of our appreciation. Free gifts vary depending on order size, amount & availability. These are not compulsory but freely given as our way of saying thanks!
